SAYL Gets Permanent Place In Design Museum, Finland
SAYL has been selected to become part of the Habitare Collection and Design Museum's permanent collection in Finland. Selected by an International jury, this years judges included designer Ilkka Suppanen, critic Hannu Pöppönen of Helsingin Sanomat, Director Marianne Aav of Helsinki Design Museum and Director Deyan Sudjic of the London Design Museum.
The Habitare Collection represents the best and most innovative products from the years 2005-2011. Presented as an exhibition at the Habitare fair in September, which attracts more than 80,000 visitors, the Collection will then become a permanent part of the Design Museum's Collection, which is one of the most comprehensive design collections in the world.
